    FOUNDER, CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, CFE

    I started my fitness journey when I was 13 years old working out in my parents basement.

    Although I have a strength training background, my philosophy is based largely around developing cardio vascular capacity, balance and coordination.

    My ideal clients are motivated individuals with mental fortitude to go the distance. They are ready. Transformation is never an easy journey even with an experienced guide, but still the client must be ready.

    Growing up, I was always involved in a lot of sports. However, I was never satisfied with how I looked, nor was I happy with constantly dealing with injuries. It wasn't until my 10th grade year where I was finally introduced into a weight room. It was there where I not only fell in love with the physical changes but more importantly the mental changes.

    I believe that everyone can reach their full potential when it comes to either developing healthy habits which will ultimately lead to overall improvement in their health.

    Fitness and performance has always been present in my life. I played soccer as a child and moved into track and field, where I won a gold medal for Team Canada at the Francophone Games. My sports career taught me that discipline and focus can completely change your life.

    I completed my degree in Kinesiology and decided to share my passion for fitness and health with the world. I’m a huge fan of strength training and mobility work. With a carefully tailored approach, I work with my clients to help them reach their full potential.

    Fitness is an avenue for me to be able to give back to a positive community and be inspired by people wanting to better themselves.

    My training philosophy is consistently applying your focused best, and anything is possible.

    My ideal client that would most benefit from my style of training are ones:

    1) Who are thirsty and needing change

    2) who are ready to get back to their previous selves and beating that “best” 10 times over.

    Fitness for me started as a hobby but after seeing the results of change in my physical appearance, I wanted to share with others the confident and rewarding feeling it gave me. After rehabbing from multiple knee injuries, I decided to help others optimize their physical well-being.

    With a background in kinesiology, my training philosophy is to have a calculated approach. Everybody has a different starting point but everybody just needs a progressive plan and proper movement to see results. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge to do so.

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, NUTRITION COACH, CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST AND STRETCHING AND FLEXIBILITY COACH

    I am actively completing my Kinesiology diploma program to further my knowledge of the human body and its biomechanics.

    I played basketball throughout high school and for a year in college. Throughout my time, I got to focus on athletic training, plyometrics, and corrective exercise in order to help me and my team reach our full potential.
