Welcome to Fit Integrated Community Fitness Class! Our mission is to bring people together through fitness, camaraderie, and community support. We offer inclusive workouts designed for various fitness levels, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

30 Minute diverse range of classes catered to various preferences and skill levels. Our experienced instructors are passionate about guiding you through your wellness journey, helping you find balance, strength, peace of mind and most of all harnessing COMMUNITY.
Community Class Schedule
Time: Saturdays at 10 AM
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early for a quick warm-up before the fun-filled workout begins.
How it works
Joining our Free by Donation Community Classes is easy. Simply sign up on our App or website.
While there's no fixed fee for attending, we appreciate any contribution you can make to support our communities in need. You can donate clothing, non-perishable foods, monetary or items our community may desperately need.

WORKING WITH “LE PARFAIT”
Our collaboration with Le Parfait, a local café, extends your fitness experience. Enjoy a free cup of coffee after the workout as a token of appreciation.
Over the years, we've backed numerous impactful causes like The BC Children's Hospital, Variety Kids- Boat for Hope, Give A Breath 5K, BC Cancer Foundation, and supported the 100 Mile House Food Bank during the BC floods. In 2021, FITIN contributed $10,000 in monetary donations, striving to amplify our philanthropic impact in the future. For the past 8 years, we've hosted free by donation community classes. Our dedication to social responsibility extends beyond fitness—we aim to assist as many individuals in need within our community as possible.
Additionally, we've partnered with The Giving Truck, a local non-profit inspiring youth to perform random acts of kindness and give back to their communities.
In essence, philanthropy resides at the core of Fit Integrated Wellness, propelling our dedication to uplifting humanity and cultivating an inclusive, thriving community.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All credits will expire 14 months from the date of purchase,
Credit card payments will incur a 2.4% processing fee,
Refunds and package cancellations will be subject to a 30% administration fee,
Any requests for package changes should be submitted via email.
It is possible to transfer credit packages to friends and family.
