To get started, make sure to download our scheduling app. It's the easiest way to book your sessions and stay organized with your fitness journey.

To optimize your training sessions, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to warm up. This will ensure that you get the most out of your workout and reduce the risk of injury.

How to download the app:

  1. In the App Store, tap on the "Search" icon, which looks like a magnifying glass, located at the bottom of the screen.

  2. In the search bar at the top, type "Fit Integrated" and tap the search button.

  3. Look for the "Fit Integrated - Branded Apps by MINDBODY" app in the search results and tap on it.

  4. On the app page, tap the "Download" button (it may display as a cloud icon with an arrow if you've downloaded it before).

  5. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password if prompted.

  6. Wait for the app to download and install on your iPhone.

  7. Once installed, tap "Open" to launch the Fit Integrated app.

  8. Sign in or create a new account if prompted.
